Shipment
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 4.30 pm, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is usually an indication of the delivery time on the product page, if you want to be sure, please inform in advance by phone or via whatsapp. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs.
The shipping costs are for the EU in general:
- € 15,- for orders under € 750,-
- Free for orders above € 750,-
The shipping costs for France:
- € 15,- for orders under € 500,-
- Free for orders above € 500,-
The shipping costs for the United States:
- € 35,- for all orders
The shipping costs for the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland:
- € 25,- for all orders
We send our shipments via PostNL, which is the biggest Dutch shipment company. They work together with the most common companies of your country within the EU. Once the parcel has been send you receive a mail from us with the tracking code, and a link to track it internationally. Delivery time depends on your country. For countries like Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Austria, Italy, Spain and Portugal the delivery time once send is 2-5 working days. The delivery will normally take place between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (products from article 10 General Terms and Conditions are excluded). B2B Business orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you can contact us via We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. If wear or damage has occurred to the product, we are entitled to settle these costs when paying back. The products must be delivered in the original packaging. Any damage to products must be reported within 7 days after delivery, otherwise this cannot be claimed and refunded.
