Through extensive testing of the stock ECU on our own 2026 Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100, BT Moto has fully decoded the new 222 HP V4 engine management system to unlock even greater performance, rideability, and cooling efficiency.

Using comprehensive in-house datalogging on our closed dyno, we carefully analyzed ignition timing, cylinder-specific fueling, and thermal management strategies to develop a calibration that delivers maximum performance in all riding conditions while supporting a wide range of fuel qualities.

The Stage 1 ECU Flash for the 2026+ Aprilia RSV4 is one of the most advanced tuning solutions available worldwide. Dedicated calibrations are available for various exhaust systems, air filters, fuel types, climates, and performance modifications. Every feature has been developed and tested by BT Moto in the USA and is backed by dedicated American technical support.

This calibration has also successfully completed the official CARB certification process, making it legal for use in all 50 US states. Stage 1 Features

• Average gains of 5-15 HP throughout the midrange and top-end on motorcycles equipped with an aftermarket exhaust and air filter using 93-octane fuel. Even greater gains are possible with race fuel.

• Earlier cooling fan activation to prevent power reduction and engine stalling caused by high operating temperatures in stop-and-go traffic.

• Optimized fueling for part throttle, mid throttle, and wide-open throttle on a per-cylinder basis.

• Optimized ignition timing for both partial and full throttle across a wide range of fuel qualities.

• Revised M-Torque limiters to deliver 100% of the engine's available torque in every gear under high load.

• Optional increase of the RPM limiter from 13,600 RPM to 14,200 RPM.

• Revised per-gear RPM limiters for the widest and safest possible powerband.

• Optimized exhaust valve control for increased horsepower and torque.

• Improved idle stability and smoother off-throttle transitions.

• Full 100% throttle opening available in every riding mode.

• Optional relocation of the front turn signals into the headlights (requires European headlight assemblies 2B012233 and 2B012234).

• Improved 60-130 MPH acceleration, reduced from 5.0 to 4.7 seconds.
