The BT Moto Stage 1+ ECU flash for the Triumph Daytona 660 was developed for the ECU generation used on 2024-2026 models. It revises electronic throttle control, fueling and ignition. This version includes a handheld tuner for reading and programming the engine control unit.

Partial-throttle operation matters because a motorcycle is not ridden at full throttle all the time. Smoother transitions when opening and closing the throttle make the response easier to control. Specify exhaust and intake changes so the appropriate calibration can be selected.

Dyno results

BT Moto presents comparison tests using a 2025 Daytona 660 with a slip-on exhaust, in fifth gear and at different throttle openings. According to BT Moto, these tests were performed on the same day using US-rated 91-octane fuel. The differences shown are not a fixed power guarantee for every motorcycle.

BT Moto Handheld Tuner included

The included BT Moto Handheld Tuner reads and programs the ECU through the appropriate diagnostic connection. The original mapping can be saved and restored later. The tuner supports multiple maps and can read and clear ECU fault codes. Updated calibrations can be supplied remotely when the motorcycle configuration changes. Follow the instructions for your model and maintain a stable battery power supply during programming.

Compatibility

Suitable for the 2024-2026 Triumph Daytona 660. Specify the diagnostic connector colour and any exhaust or intake modifications. For A2 versions, check which additional changes are required; do not assume the ECU flash alone will fully remove the restriction.
