The FullSix SWINGARM INSERT (MD-V425-C16) is a carbon fiber swingarm insert designed for the Ducati Panigale V4/V4 S and Streetfighter V4/V4 S (25'+).

It is installed onto the stock dual-sided swingarm, filling the open section and providing additional protection while giving the bike a more aggressive, race-inspired look that matches Ducati Performance carbon.
