BT Moto Stage 1+ ECU Flash – Honda Goldwing GL1800 2013–2017

The BT Moto Stage 1+ ECU Flash is developed to address restrictions found in the factory ECU calibration of the 2013–2017 Honda Goldwing GL1800. With the included BT Moto Handheld Tuner, the ECU can be read and programmed directly without removing or shipping it.

BT Moto recalibrates the factory fueling, ignition, electronic throttle strategies, RPM limiter and top-speed limiter to improve throttle response, usable power and overall engine performance.

More Power and a Wider Powerband

BT Moto reports an increase of more than 10 HP through revised ignition timing and fueling. The RPM limiter is also raised by 400 rpm, extending the usable powerband and allowing the engine to remain in its power range for longer before shifting.

The factory 115 mph top-speed limiter is also removed. Actual performance depends on motorcycle configuration, fuel, installed modifications and operating conditions.

BT Moto Handheld Tuner

The included BT Moto Handheld Tuner allows the ECU to be read and flashed at home or in the workshop. The original factory calibration is stored and can be restored whenever required.

The handheld can also store multiple ECU files and read or clear diagnostic trouble codes. If the motorcycle's configuration changes later, updated ECU files can be loaded without repeatedly removing and shipping the ECU.

Compatibility

Suitable for 2013–2017 Honda Goldwing GL1800 models equipped with a 38870-MJG/MCA GEN2 ECU. Check the ECU version fitted to the motorcycle before ordering.
