Start Next ST500-N GPS lap timer with data logging

The PZRacing Start Next ST500-N combines a standalone GPS lap timer with data logging for track use. Its 50Hz receiver processes position fifty times per second. Lap times and GPS speed appear on the TFT colour display, while racing lines and other data are stored for post-session analysis.

The Gloves Sensitive touchscreen is designed for use with riding gloves. Automatic circuit recognition and a built-in track database simplify setup at recognised circuits. The unit supports up to three split times, calculates an ideal lap from the best sectors and offers predicted lap timing from the third lap.

Use and installation

RacePro lets you review sessions and compare racing lines. Lean angle is calculated without requiring an additional lean-angle sensor. Optional expansion modules allow up to nine analogue and three digital channels. Engine-speed, temperature and gear-related functions require suitable connections and accessories; the necessary additional sensors are not built into the standard unit.
