Vandemon Slash Cut Low Mount Titanium Exhaust System – CFMOTO 675SR-R / 675SR-S / 675SS / 675NK

The Vandemon Slash Cut Low Mount is a complete titanium exhaust system for the 2024–2025 CFMOTO 675SR-R, 675SR-S, 675SS and 675NK. Constructed entirely from premium Japanese Ti1 titanium, it combines low weight with compact styling and an aggressive exhaust note that complements the character of the three-cylinder engine.

With a total weight of just 4.1 kg, the system offers a significant weight reduction compared with the original steel exhaust. Reducing weight can benefit handling during direction changes while also supporting acceleration, braking and suspension performance.

Design and performance

The system features polished Ti1 titanium headers and a specially designed link pipe. Its doughnut-style link pipe creates the effect of a longer exhaust path within a compact package, designed to support both mid-range torque and peak power.

The Slash Cut titanium muffler provides a compact low-mount appearance. An upstream resonator further enhances the distinctive sound of the CFMOTO triple-cylinder engine.

Two removable dB killers are supplied. Installing one at the muffler outlet provides a mild reduction in sound, while the second can be fitted discreetly at the muffler inlet for a further reduction.

Please note: compatible only with Euro 5 models equipped with a single O₂ sensor. Not suitable for Euro 5+ models equipped with twin O₂ sensors.

Titanium finish

The polished titanium develops the characteristic titanium colour transformation after exposure to heat, creating shades of blue, purple and gold. In addition to being lightweight, titanium offers excellent resistance to corrosion and high temperatures while requiring minimal maintenance.

Vandemon uses a precision dual-sided welding process to produce strong, high-quality welded joints throughout the system.

For optimum performance, Vandemon recommends professional engine tuning, particularly when the exhaust is used without the supplied dB killers.
